Core Network Services Restored

Our most up to date diagnosis is that a bug in the routing platform impacts direct CPU-attached ethernet ports in our core. Our upstream connectivity was connected to this type of port, and this issue persisted through a device swap out, as well as a complete config rebuild from scratch. On the advice of our vendor, and changing to a different port configuration, we have had no re-occurrences of the latency issue.
