International Connectivity Issue
We are currently investigating an issue with our international connectivity. We will post a further update in the next half hour as more information becomes available.
Update 1:20pm: We have implemented a mitigation within our network and are seeing international connectivity recover.
Update 3:15pm: The affected upstream provider reports they have isolated the fault which caused this issue. We also determined that one aspect of our high availability configuration did not respond as expected to this issue and so have taken steps to address this. Fully connectivity has been restored.
