Connectivity Issue
We are currently investigating a connectivity issue impacting all services and will provide a further update shortly.
[UPDATE - 9.10am NZT] - We have identified an issue with one of our international upstream connectivity providers, local (NZ) connectivity is currently unaffected. Customers may not be able to reach endpoints outside of New Zealand.
[UPDATE 9.20am NZT] - We have now manually shifted traffic away from the impacted provider and routes appear to be restoring.
[RESOLVED 3.00am (next day) NZT] Our upstream provider has resolved this issue in their network and we believe this incident is now concluded. Please contact us if you believe there are any lingering issues affecting your services.
